Heritage Box

Ritual of use

For the greatest pleasure each time you use it, we recommend a simple ritual.

• Wet the soap with warm water and lather it in your hands.

• Cleanse with gentle movements, enjoying the soft, creamy lather and the scent of natural ingredients.

• Rinse the soap with clean water after use and leave it to dry on a well draining soap dish.

• For storage or as a gift, complement the piece with the wooden box Heritage Box or the silk scarf Silk Touch.

We carefully check every piece before dispatch and pack your order with care.

As SHOYI soap is a personal hygiene product, pieces with damaged packaging, signs of use or contact with water cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or part of your order is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and include photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Please note: small differences in shade, pattern, texture and the distribution of decorative elements are natural qualities of handmade work and are not defects.

SHOYI covers return delivery costs where a defect or packing error is confirmed.

We give the packaging as much attention as the piece itself.

Each order is carefully assembled by hand so that your soap arrives in perfect condition, ready to be a gift for yourself or someone close.
